Delivery is now charged per item within the UK. Please contact us for delivery prices for other areas.
All our lamps are well wrapped and packed in strong cardboard boxes to protect them during transit.
Generally we can supply our stock lamps in approximately 7 working days but the hand painted lamps usually take 2-3 weeks. As soon as we receive your order we will contact you with an anticipated delivery date and if any delay is foreseen we will notify you and you can let us know if you would still like to go ahead with the order. We do not process payment until point of despatch.
DAMAGED GOODS
Whilst every attempt is made by The Wooden Lamp Company to package our goods well and use reputable carriers, occasionally goods get damaged in transit. If you see that the package is clearly damaged on arrival please note this on the carrier’s document when you sign for it; alternatively refuse to accept delivery if it is exceptionally damaged. Please then open the package on arrival and report any damage or imperfection to us by e-mail within 3 days and we will arrange for it to be collected at no cost to yourselves.
RETURNS
If, for whatever reason, you decide to return the item please advise us within 7 days from receipt. This must be done by e-mail or telephone and the goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be unused, unmarked and re-packaged in the original packaging in the manner in which they were packed when they were delivered to you and must be in perfect condition. The cost of delivery must be borne by you. Refunds for the goods will be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the items/s returned is faulty.
Please note that delivery should be to our office address which we will advise you when you contact us regarding this return. Please do not send the lamps back without first advising us.
